I am a distinguished Behavioral Senior Leader who has dedicated 20 years to transforming educational environments through innovative behaviour management strategies and a deep commitment to fostering positive interactions. With a relentless focus on nurturing a culture of Respect, Integrity, Kindness and Honesty, I have left an indelible mark on the educational landscape.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a passion for understanding and addressing behavioral challenges in schools. Starting as an English teacher in 2003, a form Tutor for Year 8 in 2007, a School Middle leader in 2009, a Secondary Supervisor in 2018 and an Academic Advisor in 2020, I quickly rose to prominence due to my visionary approaches to behaviour management.

Looking ahead, I remain steadfast in my mission to cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment for all. I will continue to advocate for equitable behaviour management practices and seek new opportunities to collaborate with stakeholders who share their vision.

As a behavioral senior leader, I will continue to pave the way for a brighter future by championing the values of compassion, collaboration, and transformation in education.
